Some history (this is gonna make me sound bad, I look like a whore on paper)
When I was 18 I moved into an apartment with my idiot boyfriend and proceeded to get knocked up, and marry previously mentioned idiot.
That lasted about a year.
I then moved on to what I like to call "The Rebound Gone Wrong!" which led me to baby and husband number 2 by the age of 22. This ended with a bout of domestic violence, and a messy divorce, custody battle, and the asshole baby-napping our son from daycare and refusing to return him.
Soo at 26 I moved back in with my mother with 2 kids and had a short run of slutty behavior (baby daddy weekends were mommy's free for all...told you I sound like a whore)
I got a pleasant random surprise in the form of a Facebook message from a guy I went to highschool with. We had a thing for each other back then but I had a boyfriend and it never went anywhere with this kid. He saw that I had just moved back to our hometown, he was moving back as well after being his older brother's live in "manny" on the naval base where they were stationed. After talking for a bit he asked for my number, I gave it. The day he moved home we went to the drive in and have been together ever since. I had our daughter in April 2012, and we got married last week :)
So now you know the hot mess that was my 20's. Now that that is over with here is where I am now.
I am in Nursing School and my husband is amazing in supporting me, working overtime to pay bills (we are soooo broke) and trying to care for a 3 crazy kids (and dealing with their dads BS)
- I try to be crafty.
- I like to cook.
- I LOVE thrift store shopping.
- I try to save $$ (I tried couponing, not good at it) so a lot of this will be about being a cheepskate.
- I love Harry Potter (books are the best but the movies are fun too)
- I love history and visiting old stuff (ie: Gettysburg, old homes stuff like that)
- I love the show Ghost Adventures: the best part is the history of whatever place they are investigating, I kind of lose interest after that.
- I like the idea that places could be haunted.
- I like old cemeteries. There is one near my home that has a soldier that died at the Battle of Gettysburg and I love to visit it.
- I love going on cruises, in my opinion it is the only way to vacation.
- I am weirdly attracted to water. I love the ocean, lakes, rivers. It's weird.
- The first time I ever flew was last week for my honeymoon and I was scared sh*tless
- I LOVE THE STEELERS!
